Congratulations to the John W. Youtsey Memorial Scholarship Recipients
Each year, Hemophilia of Georgia awards John W. Youtsey Memorial Scholarships to Georgians in the bleeding disorder community. John W. Youtsey, former professor and Associate Dean of the College of Health Sciences at Georgia State University, provided leadership to Hemophilia of Georgia from its beginning in 1973 until his death in 1996. He was a board member of Hemophilia of Georgia and chaired the Scholarship Committee. Over the years, the John W. Youtsey Memorial Scholarship Program has awarded over $1,000,000 to deserving students to help them achieve their dreams.
We are happy to announce this year’s John W. Youtsey Memorial Scholarships. We awarded the scholarship to 25 people totaling $75,000 to be used for the 2023 academic year. Congratulations to each of you!
