For over twelve years now, Hemophilia of Georgia has been helping to serve the family of Charnee P., a busy, dedicated family woman and owner of two small businesses. Her son, Isaiah, was diagnosed with hemophilia (severe factor VIII deficiency) when he was born. Ever since then, Hemophilia of Georgia’s Pharmacy has been there supporting their family every step of the way.

Recently, when Charnee was on the phone speaking with HoG’s MTM Pharmacy Technician, Jenny Truesdale, her son, Isaiah, shared his warm feelings about Jenny to his mother and stated, “She is always there for us.” Jenny was very touched. It made her feel really good about the work she does and the impact it has on clients.

“Hearing that, especially coming from a 12-year-old boy, touched me deeply and made me feel like I made a difference. At the end of the day, this is what it is all about,” stated Jenny.

Isaiah’s mother, Charnee said, “Jenny has been taking our orders and answering our questions for many years. Jenny always makes sure everything is handled and taken care of exactly as it is supposed to be. She is so positive, informative, and helpful.”

Charnee also reflected on her many years being a part of the Hemophilia of Georgia (HoG) family, “We have been with HoG Pharmacy for 12 years, ever since my son, Isaiah, was born. They always go above and beyond and deliver the medicine on time. Each year, they send Isaiah a special birthday card, personally signed by everyone who works in the pharmacy. We love this personal touch, and he looks forward to its arrival each year. It makes Isaiah feel very special. The HoG Pharmacy always does so much to show how much they care for our family. We can’t thank them enough!”
