State Health Benefit Plan

The State Health Benefit plan is changing as of January 1, 2014.  All members will move to plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia and factor products will be covered under your medical benefit through Hemophilia of Georgia.  Please send us your new insurance cards and call with any questions!
