Dear HoG:

My family and I like to participate in as many HoG events as possible. We always have fun and appreciate the variety of activities you offer. When I call to register, what information should I leave on the voicemail?

Dear Fun:

HoG offers many fun and educational activities for HoG families. Fliers are sent to all family households that are eligible for certain client activities and events. If you receive a flier for an event, please it carefully and call the contact person listed. The Camp and Activities Coordinator is responsible for event registrations. The flier will give you instructions on when to call to register. There is a registration time period for all client events and activities. Please call during this time period as the space is limited. If you fail to call during the registration period you may be placed on a waiting list. When you call to register for an event, the following information will be needed:

1) State the event or activity that you are interested in attending, and give the date and location of the event.

2) State the last name of the HoG client. Often the client's name is different from the parent's last name.

3) List the names of all family members who want to attend.

4) Leave a daytime telephone number. If there are questions regarding your registration we will use that phone number to call you.

5) Indicate how many spaces you would like to reserve for the event.
