Nick J. is now independent in caring for his hemophilia. He has successfully demonstrated the necessary skills to be inducted into the Mighty Sticker Club. Nick has mastered self-infusing and was awarded a certificate of completion and a watch for his achievement.

Nick is a 2011 high school graduate and works in the family business building custom cabinets. He has finished recovering from heart surgery. In his spare time he is an award winning and world record holder fisherman and hunter. He feeds animals and sets up tree stands on a hunting plantation. He works alongside his mother, who is the youth director of a Georgia church, on mission trips. Nick lives by “fear not” commenting that these words appear a total of 365 times in the Bible. He says having hemophilia has made him stronger despite a few limitations. Just an aside, you may see a younger Nick in Disney Commercials for Hasbro.

Congratulations Nick! We are so proud of you and wish you much success in your future endeavors.
