Trot to Clot LogoLace up your sneakers and hit the pavement —it’s time Trot to Clot! Whether you’re a walker, runner, stair climber or even an elliptical enthusiast, this year’s Trot to Clot events have something for you.

Trot to Clot Walk & Run events are great opportunities to show your support for the bleeding disorder community and raise funds for Camp Wannaklot, Georgia’s week-long summer camp for children and teens with hemophilia or another inherited bleeding disorder. This year, the Trot to Clot Walk & Run returns to Augusta, and you can take part in the first-ever Virtual Trot to Clot.

The Augusta Trot to Clot takes place on May 14 at Lake Olmstead Stadium, kicking off at 8 a.m. This scenic 5k course takes participants around beautiful Lake Olmstead and ends inside the stadium. In addition to awards for the top three male and top three female runners, top individual fundraiser and most creative team shirt, Augusta Trot to Clot participants will also get a chance to experience Camp Wannaklot activities, listen to great music and register for free giveaways.  The Trot to Clot fun doesn’t end when you cross the finish line. All participants who walk, run or volunteer at this year’s Augusta event will receive a free ticket to watch the Augusta Greenjackets take on the Greenville Drive later that evening.

Can’t make it to Augusta but still want to participate in the Trot to Clot? Join the first-ever HoG Virtual Trot to Clot. Using a fitness tracker or fitness app, you can log miles wherever and whenever it is most convenient (and fun!) for you. Participants in the Virtual Trot to Clot will each receive a custom HoG medal. Registration for the virtual event opens soon! Stay tuned to HoG on Facebook and Twitter for updates.
