Youth Leadership Award
Horizons in Hemophilia, June 2009

For the second year in a row, the Generation of Heroes (GoH) received the Youth Advocacy Award at the Annual HEARTS Celebration. HEARTS (Helping Everyone Achieve Recognition Throughervice) is hosted by GUIDE, Inc., our youth leadership collaborative partner. The group was recognized for putting their leadership skills into action on Capitol Hill during the National Hemophilia Foundation Washington Days. Congratulations to GoH on a job well done!
GoH continues to learn how to give teens a strong and professional voice in our community by attending leadership activities offered through HoG and GUIDE. If you are a teen interested in learning more about GoH, contact Shannon at the HoG office.
