Need a Reminder to Order Factor?
Do you have so many things to take care of in life that it’s hard to keep track? We know life is busy, so we do everything we can to keep your health on track. One way we can help you do that is through our reminder program.
If you sign up for our pharmacy reminder program, we’ll send you an email to remind you to place your pharmacy order. You can choose the start date for your reminders as well as the frequency. You can choose to receive reminders:
- Once a month
- Every two months
- Every three months
- Every six months
- Once a year
All that is required is to create a profile in the My HoG section of our website at www.hog.org/my_hog/signup.asp.
