The more educated school personnel are about bleeding disorders, the safer your child will be. You will be receiving a HoG permission form in the mail soon. If you would like your Outreach Nurse to do an in-service, please complete the permission form and return it to us so we can make the necessary arrangements. If you do not receive the form, you may contact your Outreach Nurse directly to schedule a school in-service.
