o Copay Medical Plan (Buy-Up Option): Employees may choose a traditional copay plan that offers predictable copays for office visits, prescriptions, and other healthcare services. Employees electing this option pay an additional premium through payroll deductions. - Health Savings Account (HSA)
o Annual employer contribution of up to the plan deductible: - $3,400 for individual coverage
