Fit & Fabulous
It has been said that if we could put fitness in a pill there would be no chronic illness.  Have you been wondering why you can’t touch your toes, look over your shoulder like you use to when you back out of the driveway, or stay awake to hear the teenagers come in?  Read more about being fit and fabulous.

It's Fall, Y'all!
It’s my favorite time of year.  School is back in session!  It’s been a few years since I’ve been in school, but I can still smell the sharpened pencils and the mystery meat lunch special.  I remember the sound of sneakers on the hallway tiles, and hear the crack of the binding of a brand new textbook as I open it.  I remember the anticipation, anxiety, and excitement of the first day of school.  Read more about back to school.
